How we handle the information you share with The Core, and the choices you have.

This policy explains what information The Core, HTU ("The Core", "we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it. It applies only to this website.
What we collect
When you sign up for updates or get in touch, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Your name and message, if you choose to include them when contacting us.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you never need to provide more than an email address to hear from us.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to contact you about The Core's programs, events, and updates, and to respond to questions you send us. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Our lawful basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to remove your details (see below). Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you asked.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a private content management system hosted on Supabase. Access is limited to authorized staff at The Core who need it to run our programs and reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it to us.
Your choices and how to request deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. To do so, email hello@thecore.startuppathfinder.com and we will action your request.
